Do I get support if my spouse cheats on me?

My Spouse Cheated on Me. Do I Get Support because of that?

No.

Emotionally, while you may want your cheating spouse to somehow pay for what they did.
Legally, the question of who cheated doesn’t really matter. The cheating itself won’t impact or even be a consideration in deciding child support, spousal support, or property division.
In other words, blameworthy conduct like cheating has little to no bearing in family law.

So, its best to put down that phone or close that website and not hire that really amazing private
investigator your friend found for you online.

The reality is you’ll end up spending quite a bit of money with no benefit and you’ll probably end up feeling more hurt.
